ISO Policies

Fortis upholds ISO policies covering quality, health and safety standards, and environmental sustainability

Quality Policy

Fortis operates a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001. We document our processes, commit to continual improvement, and proactively identify risks and opportunities across every project. Quality is a shared responsibility of every employee, from front-line crews to management.

Occupational Health & Safety Policy

Fortis is committed to the health and safety of every employee, contractor, and member of the public. Our ISO 45001-aligned program supports workers’ rights to know, participate, and refuse unsafe work, and grants every worker stop-work authority. All work is preceded by hazard analysis, and incidents are reported, investigated, and learned from. Our Occupational Health Committee is involved in program development and review.

Environmental Policy

Fortis operates an Environmental Management System aligned with ISO 14001. We work to contain contaminants, segregate waste, and promote recycling and the use of renewable resources. Environmental priorities are risk-rated, and archaeological and cultural resources are protected wherever we operate.
